Review before dispatch
Availability, identity, eligibility, destination and applicable restrictions must be reviewed before any proposed dispatch. Nexpep may decline a destination, carrier or request where supply or transport requirements cannot be established.
Address and delivery
The requester is responsible for providing a complete, accurate and secure delivery address. Any quoted processing or delivery timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may be affected by review, stock, carrier, weather, public holiday or regulatory delays.
Tracking and delivery issues
Where a shipment is lawfully accepted and dispatched, tracking details will be provided when available. Report loss, damage, an incorrect item or a delivery discrepancy promptly to B.h@nexpep.org with the reference number and supporting photographs where relevant.
No international promise
The website does not promise international supply or delivery. Cross-border enquiries require separate written review of destination and import requirements and may be declined.
