Clinical trial

Nexvax2 is Nexpep’s lead vaccine candidate, comprised of a mixture of the most commonly recognised gluten peptides in HLA-DQ2-associated coeliac disease.

Nexvax2 has successfully completed pre-clinical testing and has commenced its first clinical trial in April 2009, which is being conducted by Nucleus Network (http://www.nucleusnetwork.com.au) Centre for Clinical Studies (CCS) at the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne, Australia.
