Mr McColl, B Compt Hons, ACA, ACS, Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary appointed in 2005, has over 27 years experience in Australian and US biotechnology and capital markets.

Mr McColl is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia as well as an Associate of the Chartered Secretaries and Administration.

Mr McColl has previously worked with a top tier Audit Firm as well as a number of ASX listed and unlisted companies in the capacity of CFO/Company Secretary where he was responsible for the financial, treasury, management and corporate affairs dealing with ASIC and ASX.
